Refunds & cancellations

14 days, no questions.

If you bought a credit pack and have not used any of it, email us within 14 days and we'll refund the full amount. Generations you've already run aren't refundable, and we don't issue partial refunds on packs that are mid-use.

How to request

Email davis.townsend@s-tier-analytics.com from the address on the account, with your order number or the email receipt attached.

Turnaround

Reply within two business days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method — usually same day, with bank posting taking a few days more.

Failed generations

If a generation failed for a technical reason on our side, that's a bug, not a refund case — email us and we'll credit you back the credit and fix the root cause.

The pack must be untouched. If any credits on it have been spent on a generation, the pack is considered used.
The request must arrive within 14 days of the purchase date on your receipt.
Refunds go back to the original card or payment method. We can't refund to a different account.

Do credits expire?: No. Once you buy a pack, the credits sit on the shelf until you use them. There is no clock.
Can I get a refund?: Yes, within 14 days of purchase for an unused pack. Email davis.townsend@s-tier-analytics.com and we will refund it. Generations you have already run are not refundable.
Do I need an account to try it?: No. You get 3 free generations without signing up. Sign in for 2 more (5 total). An account is required to buy a pack so we can attach the credits to you.
Can I use the charts commercially?: Yes. You own the data you upload and the charts you export. Use them in your deck, your blog, your annual report - all fine.
Is my data private?: We process uploaded data only to generate your charts. We do not train models on it, we do not sell it, and we do not keep it longer than 24 hours. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
What is a credit, exactly?: One credit = one question. Each question returns 5 ranked chart options you can pick from and edit. A Starter pack ($5, 25 credits) is therefore 125 chart options.
